I. Insurance

All clients who wish to join our motorbike tours must have their own personal travel insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance and provide the details when requested during the booking process.

Please note that our company will not be liable for any insurance claims. We recommend that you have evacuation coverage.

II. Passport/Visas

All passengers must hold a valid passport and visa. You are responsible for obtaining a current visa for the countries you will be traveling to on our motorbike tours.

III. Deposit & Balance

Prices for our motorbike tours are quoted in USD and VND. For other currencies, please check the exchange rate of the day.

Payment can be made via Vietnamese bank account or PayPal. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, and the balance must be paid no later than the day of departure.

IV. Tour Itineraries

All of our motorbike tour itineraries are updated regularly. The itinerary may reflect the number of days on tour and a broad itinerary.

It is difficult to make a comprehensive itinerary for several-day tours due to seasonal differences. The itinerary may not include some cool sights.

V. Security Deposit

Self-riders on our motorbike tours require a security deposit of $50 US.

If you cause damage to the motorbike, you are responsible for the cost of fixing it. We aim to keep our motorcycles in good condition.

VI. Cancellation

Your deposit is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel, provide at least 72 hours notice.

If you cancel less than 72 hours before the tour, we reserve the right to retain the full tour cost.

VII. Safety

Our priority is your safety during our motorbike tours. We provide helmets and recommend that you wear them at all times while riding.

We also advise that you follow our tour guide’s instructions at all times and ride at your own skill level. We reserve the right to terminate your tour if we believe that your safety or the safety of others may be at risk.

VIII. Liability

Our company will not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, cost, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control.

IX. Photography and Video

We reserve the right to use any photographs and videos taken during our motorbike tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the tour.
