There is a second bus starting at 20:00 PM.
Day 1: Ha Giang – Dong Van (150 Km)
The tour commences at 8:00 am, as your guide picks you up from your accommodation. Within a few kilometers after departing Ha Giang City, the landscape transforms dramatically as you enter the mountains before reaching Tam Son.
Crossing Bac Sum Pass and ascending the Heaven Gate, you’ll relish the twin mountains and panoramic views of Tam Son. Continuing toward Yen Minh, a delectable lunch awaits. The journey proceeds to Dong Van through the picturesque Chin Khoanh pass, offering stunning sights of the Dong Van Karst Plateau, a significant geoheritage site.
Witness endless rice fields, limestone formations, and captivating hill-tribe villages showcasing local life. A stop at Hmong King’s Palace near Dong Van Town provides insight into the Vuong family’s life in Sa Phin. Arriving in Dong Van late afternoon, a satisfying dinner awaits after a day filled with adventures.
Evening exploration of the town allows you to unwind before the upcoming eventful day.
Day 2: Dong Van Town – Du Gia (140 Km)
After a delightful breakfast, our adventure unfolds as we depart from Dong Van Town, venturing into what is arguably the most enchanting segment of our journey. The route follows the Happiness Road that links Dong Van and Meo Vac, reaching the renowned Ma Pi Leng Pass. This legendary pass is celebrated for its craggy cliffs and awe-inspiring vistas, often hailed as the “king” of passes in Vietnam. Winding through the cliffs and cresting Ma Pi Leng Pass at an altitude of 2,000 meters, the entire road offers a thrilling journey.
To fully immerse you in the pass’s splendor, we embark on a trek along the breathtaking Sky Path, providing an unparalleled view of the valley and Nho Que River. From the mountain viewpoint, a 360° panorama of Ma Pi Leng Pass unfolds, offering unforgettable photo opportunities. Standing at the peak, you’ll be captivated by the grandeur of the surrounding mountains and rivers.
Our journey continues to more remote villages, offering insights into the lives of people in secluded parts of Vietnam. Passing through Lung Ho, Mau Due, and Meo Vac villages, we pause for a pit stop to savor lunch and refreshments. From Meo Vac Town, our route winds through the mountainous rural expanse of Ha Giang province to Du Gia town, where our homestay, nestled amidst lush green rice fields, awaits for a night of rest.
Day 3: Du Gia – Ha Giang (150 Km)
On the third day of your motorcycle tour Ha Giang, we embark on the journey back to Ha Giang, a road some describe as resembling fairy’s breasts. Crossing the Sky Gate, we revisit Bac Sum Pass. After an adventurous ride, we anticipate our return to Ha Giang in the late afternoon.
The journey concludes with a return to Hanoi at 16:00 by a Limousine Van, ensuring you reach your hotel by around 22:30.
